One thing you can rest assured about is that at Steve’s Lock Out we do our best to make sure the person requesting access to something belongs there whether it be a car, home, business or filing cabinet.
I realize that we have probably lost out on some legitimate jobs with this policy and have made some people mad, however, we intend on keeping ourselves and the property involved out of trouble or danger whichever the case may be.
We realize that some locksmiths do not require any kind of authorization and we consider this foolish. Stop and think, what if this was your car or home involved and a complete stranger called for a locksmith’s services. Wouldn’t you want the locksmith to make the effort to identify the person? It could save you a great deal of money and trouble.
